Nature has published an author correction for the article “mTORC1 drives cell-autonomous astrocyte reactivity in tuberous sclerosis.” The correction addresses several presentation errors identified in the original version of the paper.

In Figure 3n, the bottom-right panel was a duplicate of the panel immediately to its left. The caption for Extended Data Figure 3 also contained transposed “cluster 1” and “cluster 2” designations in its description of panel h.

A further correction affects Extended Data Figure 10c, where a label that now reads “Tuber 29” was originally identified as “Tuber 26.” Nature states that the changes have been applied to both the HTML and PDF versions of the article.

The correction, attributed to T.L. Li, J.D. Blair, T. Yoo and colleagues, was published online on 2 November 2026. Its DOI is 10.1038/s41586-026-11350-5.
